Policies
Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment.
Travel Fee
I charge $1/km for locations beyond 15km.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. If you need to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours notice so we can apply your deposit to a future date. Cancellations made with less than 72 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit.
Timing
Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may shorten your appointment time or result in cancellation if more than 20 minutes late.
